Antti Tolvi
The second exhibition in the Space for New Art is an installation by composer, sound artist, and performer Antti Tolvi (b. 1977), built around angelica organs and low-frequency beds.

The installation is a continuously unfolding experience, awakened by several performances during its three-month run. Curated by HAM’s Milja Liimatainen, it explores stillness and the fading of time.
Space for New Art is HAM’s new platform for versatile art-making and innovative exhibition concepts. The space offers – engaging both body and mind – captivating encounters with art and artists. The first open call focused on exhibition proposals that enliven the art experience through performative and audience-engaging methods. Launching the new space is the KOKIMO collective’s Tablescape, an aesthetic and living installation, both sculpture and performance.
